How can we help?

The basics

Prospectr is a prospecting tool built for web designers and freelancers. It scans Google's local business data to find real businesses that have no website — then lets you generate a professional, personalized website for that business in one click. You walk into a sales meeting with a site already built for them. It also includes a CRM, outreach tools, CSV import/export, site analyzer, and booking forms.
Go to prospectr.pro/signup and enter your email and a password. No credit card is required. You'll be on the free Scout plan immediately and can start searching for leads right away. If email confirmation is enabled, check your inbox for a verification link before logging in.
The Scout (free) plan includes 5 lead searches per month, 1 website build per month, and 20 AI credits. No credit card required. It's designed to let you verify the tool works before committing. One closed client from a free search will pay for a year of any plan.

The lead finder

Pick a niche (e.g. roofing, barbershops, HVAC) and a city. Prospectr searches Google Places and returns only businesses where Google has no website URL on record. Each lead shows the business name, address, phone number, Google rating, review count, and an opportunity score. All data comes directly from Google — it's accurate and verified.
We filter out businesses that Google has a website URL on record for in their Places data. If Google knows a business has a website — whether it's a full site, a Facebook page URL, or anything else — we hide that result. The leads you see are businesses where Google's data has no website field at all. This is a strong signal that they're underserved digitally and a prime candidate for your pitch.
Scout (free): 5 searches/month. Starter ($29/mo): 50 searches/month. Closer ($79/mo) and above: unlimited searches. Each search runs multiple query variants to maximize leads. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.

The site builder

Find a lead in the search results, then click "Build Website." A short quiz asks about visual style, CTA type, and other preferences. Answer 4–7 questions and click "Build." The site generates in seconds from the business's real Google data — their reviews, photos, rating, and business description automatically populate the template.
The server reads the lead's Google Places data (reviews, photos, business description, rating, hours, address), applies your style preferences from the quiz, and generates a full HTML page using one of 5 professional templates. The result is a single-file HTML site with embedded CSS — no dependencies, no build step. You can preview it, download it, or get a shareable preview link instantly.
Yes. Download the HTML file and open it in any code editor (VS Code, Sublime, etc.). It's a single file with all CSS and HTML inline — easy to customize. Change colors, copy, images, or layout freely. You can also open it in a browser and show it to clients without any server setup.

Saved leads

Click the "Save" button on any lead card in the search results. The lead moves to your Saved Leads list where it persists across sessions. You must be logged in for leads to sync to the server — if you're not logged in, leads are saved to local storage only.
Click "Saved Leads" in the left sidebar of your dashboard. All saved leads are displayed with their CRM panel — you can set pipeline status, add notes, and track enriched contact info for each one.
Yes — all paid plans include CSV import. Go to Saved Leads and use the import button. Your CSV needs at minimum a "name" column. Optional columns: email, phone, address, niche, city. Invalid rows are flagged, duplicates are skipped, and a summary shows what imported successfully.

Project folders

Go to the Projects section in the sidebar and click "+ New Folder." Give it a name like "Austin Barbershops" or "Dallas Roofers." Projects are a way to organize saved leads by city, niche, or campaign — they don't affect your lead data, just the grouping.
Open a project folder and click "+ Add Leads." A modal shows all your saved leads — check the ones you want to include in this folder and confirm. You can also add leads to a folder from the Saved Leads view using the folder icon on each lead card.

Kanban pipeline

The Pipeline view shows your saved leads as cards in a Kanban board with stages: New Lead, Contacted, Called, Interested, Proposal Sent, Closed Won, and Not Interested. It gives you a visual overview of where every lead is in your sales process.
You can change a lead's stage two ways: drag and drop the card to another column in the Pipeline view, or use the "Pipeline Status" dropdown in the CRM panel on each lead card in Saved Leads. Changes save automatically.

Plans and payments

Go to Plans & Billing in the dashboard sidebar, or go to the pricing page. Choose a plan and click the upgrade button. You'll go through Stripe's checkout — we accept all major credit and debit cards. After payment, your plan upgrades immediately.
